Chaat Masala Chicken

Much Needed:

  • 1 tbsp chaat masala spice blend
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt - whole milk, low fat or skimmed is fine
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste - or grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic - or grated garlic
  • 2 lbs boneless chicken cubes
  • olive oil - as needed

How to:

  • Mix the yogurt, spices, ginger and garlic.
  • Add in chicken pieces and mix to coat the chicken with the yogurt mixture.
  • Marinade for an hour or more.
  • Pan fry in a little olive oil, while stirring often. Chicken is done when juices run clear.

a little something extra:

Adjust the heat level by using more or less of the chaat masala. if using less, then do adjust seasoning by additional salt. 
For an extra flavor boast, sprinkle the hot cooked chicken with a little chaat masala.
